What does TRIFLAIGE-A smell like?
The Good Scents Company records the odour at 100 percent as tropical fruity floral musk, and gives tropical as the odour type. It is a synthetic tercyclopentanol, C15H26O at molecular weight 222.37, offered by Zeon at 95 to 100 percent assay as a colourless to pale yellow liquid. Its published physical data, a boiling point near 338 C and a logP around 4.8 with water solubility of only about 2 mg/L, put it firmly in the heavy, low-volatility band, so it behaves as a substantive musk that sits under a composition rather than as a top note; that placement is read from the physical constants, not stated by the source. Not found in nature, and designated for fragrance use only, not for flavour.

Every
regulatory join - IFRA, GHS, allergens - is by CAS number, and a material can
supply one through its constituents as well as its own row, so of the
558 materials carrying no CAS number the 257 without a
constituent table are the ones that return "nothing known" rather than
"nothing applies". The blotter hours are sourced rather than measured by us, and the app
labels every one of them an estimate. There is no physical chemistry on a row:
no molecular weight, no vapour pressure, no boiling point.
