What does Colada Extract smell like?
Robertet presented it at SIMPPAR 2026 as a 100% pure and natural, soluble and clean ingredient offering tones of grated coconut and pineapple, obtained by conversion of coconut flesh followed by supercritical CO2 extraction. In a formula it is a ready-made pina colada facet: a fleshy, creamy coconut carrying a tart tropical fruit lift on top, which gives a solar, monoi or gourmand accord a natural body and a slightly fibrous, real-fruit texture that a coconut lactone on its own cannot supply.
