What this check does, and what it cannot

It applies the IFRA Standards, 51st Amendment, Category 4 (fine fragrance on skin), the same dataset the bench runs, verified entry by entry against the official book. A restricted molecule that arrives from three naturals is counted once, as one total. A natural is read through its typical constituent shares, which are estimates: your own GC or COA is the real figure. Expressed citrus oils carry their phototoxicity cap; a distilled or FCF cut does not. A material with no CAS and no breakdown is reported as unchecked, never as fine. Other categories (lip, deodorant, candle) have other numbers and are not checked here.
