What does Tropical Dienoate smell like?
TGSC carries Bedoukian's description: powerful sweet-ethereal, juicy, pineapple and shades of pear, mango and passion fruit. Strength is rated high, it wants a dilute solution on the blotter, and neat substantivity is under a day. In a formula it is a juice note for the opening: it makes a pineapple or passion-fruit accord read wet rather than jammy, brightens pear and mango esters, and gives a tropical top the ethereal lift a plain saturated ester cannot. It burns off fast, so it needs a longer fruity or lactonic body underneath if the effect has to survive past the first hour.

regulatory join - IFRA, GHS, allergens - is by CAS number, and a material can
supply one through its constituents as well as its own row, so of the
558 materials carrying no CAS number the 257 without a
constituent table are the ones that return "nothing known" rather than
"nothing applies". The blotter hours are sourced rather than measured by us, and the app
labels every one of them an estimate. There is no physical chemistry on a row:
no molecular weight, no vapour pressure, no boiling point.
