Sweet honey and pineapple with a chamomile-herbal freshness and a cocoa depth underneath, sharper and vastly more tenacious than the simple allyl fruit esters. A few tenths of a percent boost citrus and fruity tops and add body to chocolate and honey accords; IFRA restricts it, and like all allyl esters it needs free allyl alcohol below 0.1%.
