What does Mimosal smell like?

Despite the name, the supplier describes it as a muguet note with nuances of anise and cyclamen, and calls it diffusive. It is a floral speciality base, not a mimosa base: the anisic facet gives the muguet a sweet-spicy edge and the diffusion means it pushes a floral heart outward, so it is dosed carefully rather than used as a bulk floraliser.
