What does Coroliane smell like?
Henri Robert's de Laire muguet base, built on hydroxycitronellal: the delicate and enchanting scent of lily of the valley, soft floral transparency carried on a green, vibrant edge. Its best known use is Chanel No 19, where it sits alongside the other de Laire muguet base Mayciane. Current material is a restoration described as an elegant, modern lily of the valley without vintage stuffiness. It functions as a finished muguet heart, so it replaces a hand-built lily accord outright and lifts a green floral from the inside rather than sitting on top of it.
