What does Kumquat HS Givco 181/3 smell like?

A pleasant sparkling hesperidic accord created from a headspace analysis of the kumquat fruit, which is why it does not smell like any classical citrus oil. The brochure describes a fresh, citrus, fruity, green creation enhanced by an aldehydic complex: the aldehydes supply the sparkle and the green keeps it close to the whole fruit and its peel rather than to a distilled zest. Givaudan positions it explicitly for use as a top and middle note, so it opens a composition and then hands over, and it gives a citrus accord a fruit identity that lemon, bergamot and orange cannot.

Every regulatory join - IFRA, GHS, allergens - is by CAS number, and a material can supply one through its constituents as well as its own row, so of the 540 materials carrying no CAS number the 248 without a constituent table are the ones that return "nothing known" rather than "nothing applies". The blotter hours are sourced rather than measured by us, and the app labels every one of them an estimate. There is no physical chemistry on a row: no molecular weight, no vapour pressure, no boiling point. The longer answer, or the whole catalog counted.
