What does Cuir Velours DL smell like?

Described as the iconic powerful de Laire Iraldeine base tamed into its purest form: a tender, velvety soft leather with no animalic facets at all, a nude leather carrying noble floral powdery notes. Where the older de Laire leathers run smoky and quinoline-sharp, this one is the modern reading, soft and powdery. In a formula it gives suede texture and a powdery floral shadow underneath a composition without dragging in tar, birch or barnyard, so it can sit under florals and iris accords that a classical leather would overwhelm.
