What does Benzothiazole smell like?
Powerful sulfurous rubbery note with a roasted, cooked-meaty body and a dry quinoline-like phenolic edge; ripe-fruity only at extreme dilution. One of the highest-impact materials on the palette, in the pyrazine class of potency: use in the 0.001 to 0.1 percent range to give leather, tobacco and coffee accords their burnt-rubber spine.
