What does Armoise Heart Morocco smell like?
A fresher, fruitier cut of Moroccan armoise, richer in thujones than the whole oil and correspondingly more diffusive. The parent LMR armoise oil reads as an aromatic and camphoraceous note with a thujone character and a minty cooling effect, its fruity and green facets fading to resinous pinewood undertones; the Heart concentrates the bright fresh-fruity end of that and leaves the heavier resinous tail behind. In a formula it is a lift material: a small dose opens a fougere or a chypre with a cool green herbal snap that carries further than the oil does, and it stays legible over aromatic lavender and clary accords instead of muddying them.
