Perfumer Supply House, on the Robertet product: "This specialty blend of natural aroma chemicals is a fruity accord that captures the juicy and sweetness of a freshly ripened apricot." The character is lactonic and warm rather than fresh, the soft velvet side of stone fruit, so it holds into the drydown where a fresh-fruit top would already be gone. Dose it as the fruit inside a floral or a gourmand, where a single lactone on its own would read synthetic.
