Open PerfuMate > More > Account > Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all cloud data tied to it: your profile, cloud backups, published formulas, comments, likes, follows and messages. It cannot be undone.
If you can no longer reach the app, email PerfuMate.Support@gmail.com from the Google address you signed in with and ask for deletion. We will remove the account and confirm within 30 days.
Deleted: your profile, cloud backups, community posts, comments, likes, follows, blocks and direct messages. Kept: nothing on our servers. The formulas and materials stored locally on your own device belong to you and are untouched; uninstalling the app removes them.
Deleting the account also ends the plan and any AI credits attached to it. Credits are not refundable once the account is gone, so spend or transfer nothing you still want before deleting.
