It elevates the fruity notes with a sense of lift and vibrancy while strengthening the woody base into a deeper, more grounded structure, for a more cohesive result. Made at the Naturals Centre in Grasse from rum sourced in Jamaica and Martinique; the house works it at fractions of a percent and supplies it dilute for trials.
