What does Orris Resinoid smell like?
Alcohol-soluble solvent extract of aged orris rhizomes: rooty, earthy-woody iris with a violet bloom, creamy suede and a faint tobacco warmth, heavier and less refined than butter or absolute. The fixative-grade orris, used at 0.5 to 5 percent to ground floral and fruity accords and slow a formula down without paying butter prices.
