What does Orionide Oliffac smell like?

A soft, creamy, luminous musk with a clean profile, subtle floral undertones and a light animalic signature. It is a ready-to-use Oliffac base rather than a single molecule, composed of 88% readily biodegradable ingredients and positioned by IFF as a modern alternative to legacy polycyclic musks such as Galaxolide, holding its performance at low dosage. In a formula it is a musk floor: it rounds and lengthens a composition, softens sharp edges, and adds a skin-close warmth through the drydown without the laundry hardness that a single nitro- or polycyclic musk brings. Debuted at SIMPPAR 2026.

Every regulatory join - IFRA, GHS, allergens - is by CAS number, and a material can supply one through its constituents as well as its own row, so of the 540 materials carrying no CAS number the 248 without a constituent table are the ones that return "nothing known" rather than "nothing applies". The blotter hours are sourced rather than measured by us, and the app labels every one of them an estimate. There is no physical chemistry on a row: no molecular weight, no vapour pressure, no boiling point. The longer answer, or the whole catalog counted.
