What does Neobergamate Forte smell like?

Givaudan describes a powerful and fresh citrus bergamot top note combined with a floral, herbaceous heart, and singles it out as excelling at citrus lime effects. It is 2-methyl-6-methylene-7-octen-2-yl acetate, and unlike the natural bergamot it stands in for it survives alkaline media, holding up from pH 2 to 10.5 and performing best in soap, shampoo, all-purpose cleaner and fabric detergent. In a formula it is the citrus you reach for when the top has to still be there hours later: several days on the blotter, used up to 10 percent, giving bergamot and lime brightness that does not collapse the way a cold-pressed oil does.

Every regulatory join - IFRA, GHS, allergens - is by CAS number, and a material can supply one through its constituents as well as its own row, so of the 558 materials carrying no CAS number the 257 without a constituent table are the ones that return "nothing known" rather than "nothing applies". The blotter hours are sourced rather than measured by us, and the app labels every one of them an estimate. There is no physical chemistry on a row: no molecular weight, no vapour pressure, no boiling point. The longer answer, or the whole catalog counted.
