What does Bergamot Oil Terpeneless smell like?
Deterpenated bergamot: with the terpenes gone the linalyl acetate and linalool dominate, so the oil loses the sparkling zest crack and reads as bergamot's floral-lavender heart, richer and much longer on the blotter. Far less prone to oxidation than the expressed oil, and it behaves differently in the top, so it is not a drop-in swap for cold-pressed bergamot.
