CO2 extract of the fermented South African bush tea, sweet in a dried-plant way rather than a floral one: honey and black tea at the top with an almost liqueur-like fermented edge, violet and berry through the middle, cured hay and vanilla underneath. A bridge between tea, hay and honey accords rather than a lead. Not rooibos, which is the neighbouring bush and a woodier, tobacco-ish thing.
