What does Bran Absolute smell like?
Hexane extract of soft wheat bran, washed of its waxes with alcohol into a viscous brown absolute. Cocoa and tea over dried fruit, with a balsamic honeyed warmth underneath. A material for nuancing a base rather than leading one, and awkward to dissolve: get it into solution and it stays there. Not the rice bran oil of the same family name, which is a fixed carrier oil and carries no smell.
carries Honeyed sweet, Warm amber. Chocolate gourmand; Balsamic amber; Dried fruity; Cinnamyl Phenylacetate brings the Honey gourmand side (59%); Q-Queen of the Orient (F-TEC) brings the Warm amber side (41%)

Every
regulatory join - IFRA, GHS, allergens - is by CAS number, and a material can
supply one through its constituents as well as its own row, so of the
522 materials carrying no CAS number the 226 without a
constituent table are the ones that return "nothing known" rather than
"nothing applies". The blotter hours are sourced rather than measured by us, and the app
labels every one of them an estimate. There is no physical chemistry on a row:
no molecular weight, no vapour pressure, no boiling point.
