Symrise's modernised de Laire honey base, an evolution of Miel Blanc enriched with a gourmand twist. Described as a sweet and tart golden nectar blended with the milky nougat of the Tiramisone captive, Madagascar vanilla absolute and white flowers, balancing the original's honeyed character against contemporary creamy notes. In a formula it does more than supply honey: it is reported to accentuate anisic aldehydes and the addictive creamy-coconut facet of Tonkalactone, so it also works as an enhancer under mimosa and other soft floral gourmand accords.
