What does Elixiris smell like?

Mane calls it a magnificent marriage between the powdery elegance of orris and the sturdy woodiness of cedar, giving powdery floral softness over a dry, structured woody backbone with delicate violet nuances. It is made by co-distilling orris roots together with rectified cedarwood essential oil, one raw material acting as co-solvent for the other, so the two fuse into a single tailor-made identity with facets Mane states are impossible to obtain by conventionally blending the separate extracts. In a formula it enriches woody accords with depth and complexity and lends a luxurious, long-lasting character, sitting where an orris butter and a cedarwood would otherwise have to be balanced against each other by hand. It won Most Innovative Ingredient at WPC 2026.
