What does Scentaurus Aquamelon smell like?
A Givaudan fragrance precursor for hair care, reported launched 23 June 2026. Trade coverage describes it as delivering a soft, fruity-floral scent with lasting freshness, built on green melon and orange blossom notes. Like the rest of the Scentaurus palette it is oxygen-activated, releasing its fragrant molecules gradually on exposure to light, humidity and oxygen for what Givaudan claims is a lasting sense of cleanliness, freshness and naturalness over several days. It is biodegradable per OECD guidelines and made on green chemistry principles. Weighed into a formula it is a slow-release freshness carrier, not an opening note; the melon and orange blossom read on the hair over days rather than off the blotter.

Every
regulatory join - IFRA, GHS, allergens - is by CAS number, and a material can
supply one through its constituents as well as its own row, so of the
540 materials carrying no CAS number the 248 without a
constituent table are the ones that return "nothing known" rather than
"nothing applies". The blotter hours are sourced rather than measured by us, and the app
labels every one of them an estimate. There is no physical chemistry on a row:
no molecular weight, no vapour pressure, no boiling point.
