What does Malto-Praline Natural smell like?

Advanced Biotech specifies a dark brown liquid and describes the odour in one word, fruity, which is the jammy lift that sits on top rather than the whole picture. The product is declared in the EU as a thermal process flavouring, meaning a Maillard reaction product, and the maltol-praline name is the house's claim for the sweet caramelic body underneath that fruity opening. Soluble in water as well as in most organic solvents, dense at roughly 1.08 to 1.12, with a two-year shelf life. In a formula it is a ready-made caramelic praline base for gourmand work, saving the perfumer from building maltol, furanone and nut notes by hand, and it holds low in the drydown. It is brown and assertive, so it goes in as a trace under vanilla, tonka or coffee rather than as a body note in its own right.

What is Malto-Praline Natural made of?

What the supplier DECLARES, not the whole formula. A base is a blend somebody else made: an IFRA conformity certificate and an allergen declaration list the restricted and declarable substances only, so these shares add up to a few percent and the remainder stays with the house. PerfuMate counts exactly what is listed here and claims nothing about the rest.

Every regulatory join - IFRA, GHS, allergens - is by CAS number, and a material can supply one through its constituents as well as its own row, so of the 569 materials carrying no CAS number the 244 without a constituent table are the ones that return "nothing known" rather than "nothing applies". The blotter hours are sourced rather than measured by us, and the app labels every one of them an estimate. There is no physical chemistry on a row: no molecular weight, no vapour pressure, no boiling point. The longer answer, or the whole catalog counted.
