What does Honey Reaction Natural smell like?

Advanced Biotech specifies an amber to brown liquid with a honey odour, listing the synonym honey type flavour on the sheet itself. It is a reaction product rather than an extract of honey, and the physical numbers mark it as a heavy material: specific gravity 1.150 to 1.240, refractive index up to 1.475, flash point above 105 C, insoluble in water and soluble in most organic solvents. That density and low volatility are why it behaves as a base note and stays on the strip rather than flashing off with the top. In a formula it supplies the sweet waxy honey body that phenylacetic esters and mimosa alone cannot hold, and it is the bridge between a floral heart and an animalic base, since honey is where the two meet.
