What does Heliotropex N smell like?

IFF's branded heliotropin replacer, sold as a mixture rather than a single molecule. The Good Scents Company files it as floral and describes it as sweet balsam heliotrope cherry anisic, sweet and mealy with coumarin, coconut, anise and almond notes. Perfumer's Apprentice calls it a deep and mysterious exotic floral with sweet, balsamic and spicy undertones and nuances of almond and berries. It is built to give the soft powdery vanillic-blossom of heliotrope where piperonal is unwelcome, and it holds on a blotter well past two days, so it works as a fixed base under floral, gourmand and oriental accords rather than as a top-note effect.

Every regulatory join - IFRA, GHS, allergens - is by CAS number, and a material can supply one through its constituents as well as its own row, so of the 558 materials carrying no CAS number the 257 without a constituent table are the ones that return "nothing known" rather than "nothing applies". The blotter hours are sourced rather than measured by us, and the app labels every one of them an estimate. There is no physical chemistry on a row: no molecular weight, no vapour pressure, no boiling point. The longer answer, or the whole catalog counted.
