What does Alicate smell like?

Givaudan gives it as a fresh herbal note with hints of rhubarb and banana and a lilac background, filed under the fruity family with rhubarb, aromatic and lilac facets. It is a soft, generous top-note material rather than a sharp one: it blends into fruity, citrus and herbal accords and lifts their freshness without pulling the accord toward solvent.
