What does Verdoracine smell like?
Givaudan describes it as a green note with aspects of freshly peeled carrots and the dry, earthy qualities of galbanum. In a formula it is the material that builds a green galbanum heart without the harsh sulphury bite of the resinoid itself, and the carrot facet gives it a rooty, slightly waxy lift that reads as natural rather than synthetic. The house uses it up to 3% in detergents to carry that green galbanum heart, and at around 1% of a 10% dilution in toiletries and fine fragrance to support earthy and herbaceous accords. It holds about a day on a blotter, so it works as a top-to-heart green rather than a fixative.

Every
regulatory join - IFRA, GHS, allergens - is by CAS number, and a material can
supply one through its constituents as well as its own row, so of the
558 materials carrying no CAS number the 257 without a
constituent table are the ones that return "nothing known" rather than
"nothing applies". The blotter hours are sourced rather than measured by us, and the app
labels every one of them an estimate. There is no physical chemistry on a row:
no molecular weight, no vapour pressure, no boiling point.
