Deterpenated mandarin: the sweet anthranilate heart of the oil with the limonene bulk stripped away, rounder and less peel-sharp than the cold-pressed grade and noticeably more floral. Concentrated body plus far better oxidation stability, so it holds a true mandarin note in the top where the whole oil would go thin and rancid.
