Robertet's listing describes very pure and clean white flower bouquets with jasmine, monoi and frangipani undertones, plus spicy lily and gourmand coconut-milk aspects. It is a gathering of selected fractions taken from Ylang III of the Indian Ocean region, so it carries the ylang character without the fatty, medicinal cresol edge of the graded distillations. The house states its purpose plainly: it brings power and body to modern white exotic floral bouquets, with delicate floral-water topnotes and a rich diffusive drydown. In a formula it is a bouquet-builder rather than a soliflore, giving a tiare or frangipani accord volume and a creamy tail that ylang Extra alone will not hold.
