What does Difurfuryl Disulfide smell like?

Roasted coffee and cooked onion over a heavy sulfury base, thicker and darker than furfuryl mercaptan. The disulfide is the oxidation product the coffee thiol drifts to, so it holds a roast note through the drydown where the mercaptan has already flashed off.
